Installation & Compatibility Notes
- MR12volt P800 operates through the factory CD changer mode.
- BMW vehicle MUST have CD changer support, as MR12volt P800 emulates the OEM CD changer function.
- If there is no OEM CD changer installed, coding/activation of the CD/MP3 function must be performed before installation.
- If there is an OEM CD changer installed, it must be disabled and bypassed during installation.

What is APTX?
APTX is a Bluetooth audio technology designed to improve wireless music sound quality.
Compared to standard Bluetooth audio, APTX can provide:

For APTX to function, both the smartphone and the MR12volt P800 must support APTX codec compatibility. Otherwise, the system will automatically use standard Bluetooth audio transmission.
In simple terms, APTX helps wireless Bluetooth music sound significantly closer to wired audio quality, especially when paired with premium OEM sound systems.

Important – No Upgrade / Exchange Program
MR12volt does not offer trade-ins, model upgrades, or exchanges for newer versions. If a new model is released after your purchase, previously purchased units are not eligible for upgrade or exchange.
MR12volt 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request for a return for refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Refunds
