⚠ Important Installation Notes
• TV coding is required – but no hassle.
MR12volt module comes with a built-in TV enabling function, so no third-party coding tools are required
• How to activate the TV function:
Press and hold “C” + “Return” buttons simultaneously for approximately 10 seconds — the TV option will appear in the video menu, allowing access to MR12volt
• If a factory TV tuner module is present, it must be bypassed using the supplied optical loop connector
• Professional installation recommended

MR12volt is accessed through the TV menu.
• Select TV in the video menu to launch the MR12volt interface
• Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are controlled through the factory COMAND controller

Important – No Upgrade / Exchange Program
MR12volt does not offer trade-ins, model upgrades, or exchanges for newer versions. If a new model is released after your purchase, previously purchased units are not eligible for upgrade or exchange.
MR12volt 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request for a return for refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@mr12v.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
