• If a factory TV module is present, the TV module must be bypassed using an optical loop connector (purchased separately here).

Fix for OEM rear camera not working properly with P2000 installed
For Porsches with base audio (no fiber optic cable inserted) please follow this video to modify the supplied FO Y splitter cabe into a FO direct cable:

MR12volt does not offer trade-ins, model upgrades, or exchanges for newer versions. If a new model is released after your purchase, previously purchased units are not eligible for upgrade or exchange.
MR12volt 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request for a return for refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Refunds
